About

Inventive yet practical. Transparent and straightforward.

Passionate about creating liveable, beautiful spaces.

It started as a child, when my favorite play was to drag my worldly possession outside and create “homes” in the yard. I would use leaves and rocks to assemble floor plans and set up whatever furniture I could move. I was six. Multiple moves during my teenage years were rewarded with offers of a new bedroom scheme – something I used to maximum advantage - pushing the boundaries of style.

During my 25 years of work in advertising (managing millions of dollars in budgets, deadlines and copy iterations) I routinely gravitated to the art department where there were mock-ups, colored pencils and xacto knives aplenty. I spent my weekends and evenings pouring over free home decor magazines or refinishing curbside treasures. I learned to sew pillows and make curtains and my favorite place to spend time was the enormous fabric warehouse in Lynn, Ma. Everyone I knew came to me for advice on paint colors, furniture arrangements and ways to assemble “collections.”

I thoroughly enjoy the process of getting to know my clients and discovering their lifestyles and  preferences - and then creating custom spaces they can thrive in.
